How It Works
Choose your appointment time and pay the deposit to secure your spot.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with your session link and details.
Meet with Ashley online and finalize your custom skin ritual.
Pay the remaining balance at the end of your appointment.
Payment & Appointment Terms
Service Fee: Virtual Skin Consultation is $45 USD.
Deposit: $25 is due at booking to secure your appointment. The deposit is non-refundable in all circumstances and is applied to your total.
Remaining Balance: $20 is due at the time of your appointment.
Late Arrival: 10-minute grace period. If you are more than 10 minutes late, the appointment must be rescheduled.
Rescheduling: One reschedule is permitted with notice prior to your start time. Additional changes may require a new booking and a new deposit.
No-Show: If you do not attend your appointment without notice, your deposit is forfeited, and you will not be able to rebook.
Cancellations: If you cancel for any reason, the deposit remains non-refundable.
Agreement: By booking and paying the deposit, you confirm that you understand and agree to these terms.
