  • Orders typically process in [1–3] business days. During promotions and holidays, processing may take a little longer.

  • Standard shipping usually arrives in [5–7 business days] after processing. You will receive tracking by email as soon as your order ships.

  • All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or credits. The only exception is if an item arrives defective or damaged. You must notify us within 3 days of receiving the order and include clear photos of the outer shipping box, packing materials, and the product, along with your order number. If approved, we will send a replacement of the same item. If a replacement is unavailable, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases of our error.

  • Cleanser → essence or toner → treatment/serum → moisturizer → SPF in the morning. In the evening, skip SPF and add any retinols, or exfoliating treatments as indicated.
