2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from this site. If you use the site on behalf of another person or an entity, you represent that you have authority to do so.
3. Product information and cosmetic use
Our products are cosmetic and for external use only. Content on the site is informational and not medical advice. Perform a patch test before first use. Discontinue if irritation occurs and consult your practitioner as needed.
4. Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or reject any order for reasons including product availability, suspected fraud, or pricing errors. If we cancel an order after charging you, we will refund you for the canceled items.
5. Pricing, taxes, and promotions
Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. One promotion or discount code per order unless stated otherwise. Promotions cannot be applied to past orders.
6. Payment
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. By submitting payment you confirm you are authorized to use the chosen method and you authorize us to charge the full order total, including taxes and shipping.
7. Shipping, delivery, and risk of loss
We ship to the regions shown at checkout. Processing time is typically 1 to 3 business days. Transit times are estimates provided by the carrier. Title and risk of loss pass to you when we deliver the order to the carrier. Tracking will be emailed once your order ships.
If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the package, check with household members and neighbors and contact the carrier. You can also email us for assistance.
8. Final sale policy and damaged or defective items
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or credits.
If an item arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery. Email sacredelementsskincare@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the outer shipping box, packing materials, and the product. If your claim is approved we will send a replacement of the same item. If a replacement is unavailable we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable except where the issue is our error.
We cannot offer refunds or exchanges due to personal reactions or preferences.
9. Accounts
You do not need an account to checkout, but an account lets you view order history. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
10. Prohibited conduct
You agree not to misuse the site. Prohibited conduct includes scraping, reverse engineering, attempting to bypass security, interfering with site operations, or purchasing for resale without our written consent.
